I recommend the early check in and the self check out. I could by-pass the long check in line, which was looong. On the positive side, they had sent a link for early check in which I chose to do. And my daughter had called them trying to get us a room upgrade since we were there celebrating our golden anniversary. If you’re not offered discounts on the room as reward perks, I really don’t think I would stay at the hotel again because without perks the rooms are quite expensive for what you get (on the nights we went $234.00 per night). We stayed in the Creek tower thinking newer might be better. The room was clean but it was nothing special. But it made the walking extremely difficult for him. My husband didn’t want to make a fuss about it so I didn’t. And then the ice machine was clear back by the elevator.

The request was not honored and we were given a room nearly as far from the elevator as you could get. I had requested a room closer to elevator due to my husband’s physical limitations. We stayed 2 nights, choosing to stay at casino hotel thinking it would be more convenient. The people were actually very nice though. The reason for the negative service was that stuff was not made available. First world problems to complain about but would love to have available what I was told would be available after driving a couple of hours and paying for it. I would go back but will call ahead to make sure I have a room. I went to relax and utilize the amenities of the hotel (pool, spa, etc) but was stuck walking around the casino for five hours. The manager, Shaun, was very nice to speak with the next day and refunded my room. They said that they would email me when my room was ready but by 10 PM I still had not received an email and had to go wait in line for 30 minutes to get my room. I understand that there are staff shortages all over but do not understand why they had 19 floors of a hotel open if they cannot get them clean. When I arrived at 4:45 PM they said a room was not available and they could not give me an idea of when one would be clean. I made a reservation online for a check in time at 5 PM. The only reason it’s not a better review is it took five hours for me to get a hotel room and I was never notified about it. The hotel and the casino are very nice and very clean.
